I had a fantastic time! The onsen was so relaxing under the stars, and the kaiseki meals were incredibly tasty. My only issue was the lounge rules, which felt odd.

also, the distance from main attractions was a long trek for someone like me, expecting a prime location. a special welcome gift or complimentary upgrade would’ve been nice, but apparently that's too much to ask. disapointing!

The onsen was incredible, but the noisy tourists made it less relaxing.

The onsen facilities were incredible, especially the outdoor baths. soaking while it snowed was magical. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for the kids. Plus, the kaiseki dinner was a culinary highlight for everyone, including our two dogs who were well accommodated.
In my wife’s opinion, the location was a bit off from main attractions.

Just a solid selection for a transient stop in Noboribetsu with best value for money ratio. The attention to detail was impressive. the hotel had beautifully arranged fresh flowers displayed throughout, adding a nice touch. Bring your own snacks since there aren’t many shops nearby.

We loved the spacious tatami rooms. The kaiseki meals were out of this world, the highlight of our stay! The onsen experience was unique, especially soaking in the snow.
My wife says that the onsen facilities could be larger.

Incredibly comfortable with a serene atmosphere, the authentic Japanese breakfast prepared with seasonal ingredients was a highlight. The onsen experience, especially relaxing in the snow, created memorable moments. However, the small size of the shared bathroom may require planning during peak hours, and limited English-speaking staff could present challenges for non-Japanese speakers. Overall, this destination provides a unique cultural stay, though not without minor inconveniences.
